When I am engaged in a project, there is a point of release and I can feel that things are moving into place. Often, I recalibrate my thinking and ask myself, is this the only option? Or, what if I step back and see what comes from a different approach? Many times the solutions are a click or step away.
When challenges arise (and they do), I know that a little time is necessary until all of the components are in place. This in-between is often a fertile time for growth and projects turn out better than if I would have forced a solution….or worse, settled on the quick fix.
I am grateful to work with people who are willing to evolve through working together and the process. The one component we have in common is we love what we do!
Ah, yes! You said it so well.
When I step away after working on a project for a long period of time, the creative juices flow more easily and there is growth.
